Census Bureau: More women than men in Falmouth in 2020

Of the 3,751 people living in Falmouth in 2020, 58.5 percent (2,194) were women and 41.5 percent (1,557) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cape Cod Ledger.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 331. In the 65 and over age range, there were 930 females and 651 males.
