Notice of Public Hearing

Barnstable County Proposed Ordinance No. 22-25

On October 19, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold a hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearing on Proposed Ordinance 22-25, Authorizing the County Board of Regional Commissioners to execute a lease agreement with the Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance on behalf of the Office of the Cape & Islands District Attorney. The public hearing will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Center at the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route 6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via Microsoft Teams. It will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed ordinance has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. It is also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on accessing the public hearing will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for October 19, 2022 located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meeting-center/. Written comments can also be emailed to owen.fletcher@barnstablecounty.org before noon on the date of the public hearing. The public hearing and Assembly meeting will be live streamed on the Barnstable County YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/BarnstableCountyVideo.
