Holiday Closings and Tree Disposal Information
Town Offices and the Recycling Center will be closed Sunday, January 1st and Monday, January 2nd for the New Year Holiday. The Recycling Center will be open on Tuesday, January 3rd to alleviate any inconvenience.
The Brewster Recycling Center is accepting Christmas trees and strings of holiday lights for recycling through January 31st, 2023. Christmas trees will be composted, and unwanted or broken light strings will be broken down into their different components and the metals will be recycled.
