There were 404 students enrolled in Edgartown School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.8% more than the year before, according to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.2% identified as male and 49.8% identified themselves as female.
