The Town of Truro announced on Apr. 28 that the warrant for the 2026 Annual Town Meeting is now available to the public. The meeting will take place on Saturday, May 16, starting at 10:00 a.m., with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Truro Central School.
The release of the warrant is an important step in preparing residents for participation in local government decisions. Access to this document allows community members to review items that will be discussed and voted on during the meeting.
Residents can find parking procedures, childcare reservation information, and other updates related to the town meeting by visiting https://www.truro-ma.gov/townmeeting. The town has also made arrangements for accessibility accommodations; assistive listening devices and materials in alternative formats are available upon request by calling Town Hall before May 11 at 508-349-7004 x124.
